“Our cover story is all about the romance of the road trip. We sent contributing writers Oggie Ramos and Tiny Defensor with photographer Hermes Singson on a three-day marathon drive to three towns and three islands in Quezon, home of some of the country’s most picturesque fishing villages and unspoilt beaches. “We saw our fair share of beautiful scenery,” says Oggie, “but more than that, we were on the receiving end of incredible hospitality.”
